With the development of society, people gradually have a clear understanding of the importance of personality development in social progress and the personal happiness. respecting individuality and promoting personality development gradually become the consensus of society. human development can not be separated from education, so personality development must be reflected in the education reform. promoting personality development has become a goals in <National long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)>. Educational objectives rely on the course, therefore, the construction of courses which promote personality development become the focus of the education studyPersonality is the unity of uniqueness and commonality. In the development of personality, commonality and uniqueness is a complementary relationship, and the General development is the basic conditions of personality development, and the initial stage. But concomitant development is only the initial stages of personality development, which cannot be separated from the practice and experience of the individual.Personality is the formation of individual characteristics of physiological, psychological and social characteristics in activities in a unique way.Through observation and text analysis found that the school curriculum focuses on imparting system of subject knowledge, which has an advantage in promoting common development. But the theory of the school curriculum, conservative, abstract compressed space for the development of Personality. Because of the lack of opportunities to practice and experience, it is difficult to achieve the gole of personal development. Out-School education is different from school education, which is more flexible in the course content, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. And educational activities outside school curriculum, provide opportunities for more practice, it is conducive to the cultivation of the individual uniqueness.School curriculum and extracurricular educational activities with very great complementarily, the combination of the two courses is an important way to promote adolescent personality development. However, the combination of the two courses is a complex project, which requires the mutual cooperation of the government, schools, outside organizations. Beijing, Shanghai integration in the internal and external courses have been undertaken a number of research and practice, the problems encountered in the integration of the course is also common in other areas, therefore summarize their experience is very valuable.
