| To carry out wide range of fitness is an event, which enbody the ideal of people-oriented .It is related to improving the National People's health and the quality of the nation and social development .Volleyball is one of the most popular sports items in China, which is an important form of exercise in nationwide fitness activities. Researching school volleyball under the guiding ideology of"health first"has great significance to the public health services, which can make it more responsive to the new era's spirit of"National Fitness"and"health first". High School Volleyball is a kind of culture and educational progress which takes the form of volleball activity and takes the individual physical and mental health as the direct purpose to improve the compensive development of students.This paper start with High School Volleyball activity to solve the problems to which the model High School of Henan Province faces in launching volleyball activity. Here are some suggestions to promote the life-long progression of students'paticipation in volleyball sports.This subject gives a full survey about 50 model High School in Henan Province, taking the method of literature, investigation, observation, mathematical statistics and so on. The results as follows:1. Teachers in the model High School of Henan Province have better basic qualities to participate in curriculum reform . The age structure of teachers are mainly middle-aged teachers who have a much greater potential, a more reasonable title structure, and their scientific research still needs to be further enhanced .2. The competitive property of teaching content of volleyball in Model High School of Henan Province are outstanding. Its original property of fitness, entertainment, games are neglected.3. Volleyball teaching are mainly use conventional teaching methods. Although the modern teaching methods have been used in volleyball during the teaching, teachers'apply is weak and the utilization is not high enough, which affecting students volleyball understanding and mastery of content. 4. There are large school class numbers and class size in Model High School of Henan Province, the school's volleyball venue, equipment and other conditions have not yet meet the requirement of volleyball teaching and after-school physical activity .5. Volleyball extra-curricular activities in Model High School of Henan Province are not popular, and both inside and outside of class formation are out of touch, which affect students'grasp of skills and tactics.Students'motivation to participate in volleyball activities is clear, but the constant participants are fewer. Meanwhile, teachers'effort in extra-curricular activities does not go far enough.6. The training of the volleyball team is not systemic and the training time can not be guaranteed. The volleyball competition in school or outside school is fewer and students have fewer opportunities to participate in the competition.7. The main factors of impacting the extensive implementation of volleyball in Model High School of Henan Province are including: leaders pay less attention on volleyball activities; schools are lack of space and equipment; the Volleyball teachers have fewer opportunities to learn and learning; the teaching content is not entirely reasonable; teaching methods and teaching means are also obsolete; the implementation of extra-curricular activities are not universal and schools are lack of teaching tutorship;Volleyball training is not systemic and the competitions are not enough. |
