With the increasing level of volleyball sports in china and improvement ofcompetitive sports management,the Chinese Volleyball Association organized matches ofvolleyball throughout the year,and people who organized spontaneously competition iselevating.So,the demand of volleyball referee will markedly increase and it is high that thequality of referee is asked.Therefore,solving the problem of training of volleyballreferee,intensifying construction of referee and rapidly improving respectively levels oftheir quality,which can not only to satisfy the increasing demand of volleyballcompetition,but also an important plate of development of Chinese volleyball. Throughusing literature,questionnaire,expert interview,Delphi method and statistical analysis,thispaper analyzes the influencing factors of the physical education professional volleyballreferee specifically selected students ability in Shandong Province in order to provide auseful reference for referee ability of them.The results show that:(1) the main influencing factors of the Shandong provinceuniversity sports education specialized volleyball judgment ability of students has a total of19(see Annex2).(2)The main public latent factor extraction: external guidance factor,officiating ability factor, psychological quality factor, knowledge factor and occupationmorals and image factor.(3)In5public latent factor, the factor of volleyball professionalsports education specialized students refereeing ability the maximum weight, itssubordinate factors, the weights of the factors was: A14> A15> A18> A16> A19> A17.Weight officiating ability factor was second, the weight of each factor on law enforcementcapacity factors were: A6> A10> A4> A8> A9. Psychological quality factor is in thethird position among5factors, subordinate factor weight sequence: A11> A12> A13. Theweight coefficient was fourth bits of knowledge experience factor includes3factors, thedegree of importance of each factor are: A3> A5> A7. Occupation morals and imagefactor weight coefficient, influence factors and weights are: A1> A2.(4)Official referee, referee practice fewer opportunities to practice type single isrestricting volleyball physical education major in Shandong province of the main factors toenhance judgment ability of students; teacher judgment practice quality is good, but thetheoretical research on organization of volleyball competition and lack of cultivation ofstudents; teachers in the teaching process of teaching subjectivity, not consensus. Most ofthe school training program lack of explicit requirements for the referee ability of students.(5)In the officiating instantaneous memory ability, students can basically meet the actualdemand, but the judge has obvious shortcomings ability and strain capacity in theobservation, the independent working ability is just passable. The psychological aspect, themajority of students in judging when attention is concentrated, but rational attentiondistribution ability is poor; compressive ability obvious shortcomings; good emotionregulation ability, basically meet the needs of practice.(6)Knowledge experience, competition rules and judgment of learning is often temporary,learning process continuous cannot form; a serious lack of clinical experience; as a whole,volleyball technical and tactical mastery of theoretical knowledge is not comprehensiveenough, the lack of systematic. Judgment, the students for their own mental state and lawenforcement image attention well.
