The teaching mode on teachers, including the teaching idea level, the teaching behavior level and the teaching evaluation level,plays a vital role in the development of students comprehensively andcoordinatedly, and the improvement of teaching quality and level. In the traditional teaching,the teaching ideals are outdated;teachers ignore the requirements of students' development; the teaching conduct follows the beaten track, lacking methods and out of the needs of students' life; teaching evaluation emphasizes distinction, etc. The new curriculum reform has put many specific requirements forward on the teaching methods and implemented a series of measures to change the way of traditional teaching with the increasingly significant changes in the way of teaching.Differing from the previous researches about teaching mode on teachers, this study is a case study of a teacher's life history, selecting a junior middle school Chinese teacher as the research object. The author studies the object's actual life and teaching work to explore what changes have taken place in the way of teaching after the new curriculum reform implemented. Whether it is in the line with the new curriculum reform demands for the way of teaching,and then gaining some enlightenment. This thesis is divided into five parts.Part one.The introduction. Describing the reason to select the topic and the significance to the study detailedly and summarizing the study state of teaching modes on teachers at home and abroad. Defining the concept between teaching mode and curriculum reform, describing the case study method, the study ideas and the study process.Part two.Under the new curriculum reform demands for teacher's teaching mode,summing up three aspects, the innovation of the teaching idea,the breakthrough of the teaching behavior and the change of the teaching evaluation.Part three. learning Teacher A's personal life and teaching stories, including the reason to be a teacher, the life in Normal University and teaching in the middle school of a town. The actual, unusual life and work experience of Teacher A lays a solid foundation for his career as a teacher.Part four. Concretely, analyzing the gradual progress of Teacher A's teaching mode underthe background of the new curriculum reform, the teaching ideal level, the teaching behavior level and the teaching evaluation level,included.Part five. Combining with the study results, synoptically, proposing the enlightenment and reflection of the study.This study is a case study of a teacher's life history, by analyzing the gradual progress of Teacher A's teaching mode before and after the new curriculum reform. The achievements of teachers' teaching methods, in the context of the new curriculum reform, include the teaching idea is updating, the teaching behavior is breaking through, the teaching evaluation is improving. Absolutely, there are also many problems in the teaching methods of teachers,meanwhile some suggestions are put forward for the problems. Deeply understanding the teaching concept of the new curriculum reform,strengthening the teacher training,speeding up the reform of the examination evaluation system, intensifying the implementation of relevant policies on curriculum reform.
