In basic education, kindergarten education is the foundation of education, scientific literacy training needs nurture from kindergarten. Therefore, in order to implement the training on children's scientific literacy is proposed in the paper, first of all, to improve the level of scientific literacy of kindergarten teachers, only kindergarten teachers' scientific literacy in a certain height, can be better on early childhood science literacy training, in order to realize the of all citizens scientific literacy. It is necessary to raise the scientific literacy of kindergarten teachers.In this study, the scientific literacy is divided into four dimensions: scientific knowledge, scientific ability, scientific attitude and the role of Science in society, and as a scientific literacy survey of the 4 first level indicators, the corresponding scientific literacy questionnaire was developed.Based on the Qingdao area, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the network of 276 kindergarten teachers and preschool education majors.The study found that kindergarten teachers' scientific literacy overall average of 6.1548points(full marks for 8 minutes), with scientific attitude and scientific level of the social role of two dimensions is higher, respectively 1.725, 1.8043, general scientific knowledge level performance, is 1.474, and scientific ability level obviously low of 1.151. Difference test analysis showed that most analysis indicators there exist certain differences, but the difference was not significant. Have significant differences: undergraduate students of the overall level of scientific literacy and four dimensions than other characters have significant difference; Boys only in scientific capacity dimension is significantly higher than girls; The age of 21-30 and 31 of the kindergarten teachers- 40 years old in kindergarten teacher exist significant differences in terms of science; Senior, intermediate, advanced, and rank among kindergarten teachers in scientific attitude dimensions exist significant difference; Public and private kindergarten teachers exist significant differences in terms of scientific capacity.Based on the survey results, we put forward the training strategy of the scientific literacy of preschool teachers. For kindergarten teachers' pre-service training, the first is to improve the preschool teacher training institutions of education level, gradually to the undergraduate level in cultivation;Secondly, through the curriculum system reform, the reform of classroom teaching and the cultivation of the related science discipline(e.g.,chemical) teaching to strengthen pre-service preschool teacher training. For the training of kindergarten teachers in vocational training, first of all is to increase investment in government policies and funds; secondly, permeate scientific literacy training in the training course; in addition to promote lifelong learning, and constantly improve themselves.
