In today's new economic globalization era, the competition between enterprises gradually from the traditional market competition and product competition into a marketing strategy, product strategy is the base of marketing strategy, product strategy formulation changes the past simple way of product competition, helps with the enterprise have a better understanding on products, the core of enterprise products, in the form of product, expected product, extension products, potential products are no longer just in the traditional sense of the products, to formulate the corresponding products strategy more help to the long-term development of the enterprise.This paper takes LX arts training school as the research object, its product strategy formulation of the corresponding analysis and discussion. First, this paper introduces the development of LX arts training school situation, the paper analyzes the current situation of product strategy, points out its main problems; Second, the LX arts training school environment analysis and SWOT analysis, finding out the LX arts training school has advantages and disadvantages, facing the opportunities and threats; Third, the analysis of the typical training enterprise product strategy situation, summarize the experiences of extracting the reference and revelation; Fourth, from the reality of LX arts training school, formulate the corresponding product strategy; Fifth, to ensure the implementation of the product strategy, presents the corresponding guarantee measures.
