"Basic education curriculum reform program(Trial)" clearly pointed out, to "pay attention to individual differences", so that each student can be fully developed". In real life, learning difficulties is a common problem among students. High school students have a lot of difficulties in chemical learning, not only has the characteristics of the subject and other external factors, but also with the students' own learning problems, such as the internal cause of the problem. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of student learning difficulties, from many aspects, but the first thing to do is to pay attention to these students learning difficulties. In the classroom teaching system environment, there are sixty people or more in a class, the teacher is difficult to pay attention to every student, due to poor academic performance, students are more likely to be ignored. How to promote the full development of students with learning difficulties in a large class, is a question worth pondering. Personalized teaching aims at the existing situation of students as the basis, taking the students personality characteristics as the breakthrough point, creating a better environment for students to promote the development of students' personality. In this study, based on the class teaching environment, the students in the school community to carry out personalized teaching, and strive to promote the development of students with learning difficulties. This research mainly consists of the following parts.The first part introduces the background of the problem. This study proposed the main consideration to two aspects, one is new curriculum reform put forward the "enable each student to obtain the full development" requirements, second is the poor students is a general existence of this reality. It is proved that it is necessary and valuable to study the transformation of students with learning difficulties.In the second part, the current research situation about the study of the students with learning difficulties is discussed. The review included poor students of the general research and chemical study of the poor students with learning difficulties, the review on the research of personalized teaching includes three aspects, one is individualized teaching mode of exploration and practice, strategy of individualized teaching, individualized teaching turn chemistry students trapped in the practice exploration of the use of.The third part, to determine the purpose of this study: To investigate the learning situation of students with learning difficulties, and put forward the targeted transformation model and strategy, and expand the practice of in-depth study.The fourth part discusses the theoretical basis of this study, including the connotation of personalized teaching, the principle of personalized teaching, personalized teaching model and personalized teaching strategies.The fifth part, the application of "genetic diagnosis- teacher intervention- peer mutual aid- multiple evaluation" of the personalized teaching model, the high school students with chemistry learning disabilities to carry out practical research.
