The basic goal of new curriculum reform is geared to the needs of all students, paying attention to the development of each student. But for now the countryside junior middle school, in addition to genetic factors, not the resistance, the left-behind children, Parents do not attach importance to education, teachers’ teaching quality such as the existence of objective facts, leading to poor student has become part of the objective existence of school education, therefore, with the advancement of new curriculum reform, education should not only focus on optimal, moderate, but also should be concerned about the poor student, the translational research on rural junior high school poor student is imperative.In this study the author’s school students as the research object, by constructivism, learning, and the zone of proximal development theory of achievement motivation and self-efficacy theory as theoretical basis, through the literature method, questionnaire method, observation interview method, case study method and other methods to study chemical poor student in our school are analyzed the causes of include:genetic factors, family factors, such as students, teachers, in this paper, in addition to genetic factors, according to the different reasons for the formation of poor student put forward the corresponding strategy, mainly including:the poor student take the family visit work, timely communicate more with the poor student parents, make an organic combination of school education and family education; Cultivation of poor student non-intelligence factors, such as:train the poor student interest in learning, learning motivation and correct learning attitude, etc. Combined with the specific case study proves the effectiveness of the strategy, in order to these research can offer some beneficial reference for chemistry teaching and help.Paper is divided into five parts:the first part is introduction, mainly introduces the background of the thesis questions, this paper studies the purpose and significance and research content; The second part is the summary of research; The third part is the theoretical basis of this study; The fourth part is the investigation and study; The fifth part is the transformation of poor student case study; The sixth part is the conclusion and reflection.
