The Value And Strategy Of Father Participation In The Process Of Infant Creativity Development

In the process of family education, the father plays a very important role in education. The father's participation in education is the need of the healthy growth of children, and the need of the current family education. The study of parental involvement can provide practical guidance for family education, and can also provide some references for the effective participation of the father. The results of this study can help father understand children's creativity characteristics and father involvement in parenting status, father consciousness to its importance to children's development, to more effectively in the child rearing, improve the father's participation in parenting style and behavior. Also hope that the research results can help father realized in the father's participation in the cultivation of children's creativity, recognizing the relationship between paternal involvement with children's creativity development, can actively participate in favor of developing children's creativity activity, so as to promote the development of children's creativity.This study at home and abroad on the subject on the basis of the study research, mainly uses the observation, literature analysis method, investigation method of the questionnaire, individual interviews and other research methods, on * * area commercial nursery, motor factory kindergarten, Wenjiang nursery three kindergarten conducts the investigation and study, to local children in the creative condition and father to participate in rearing conditions is analyzed. The basic framework of this paper includes the following four parts:Introduction: This paper explains the reason of choosing the topic, literature review on the related research of children's creativity and father's participation, and briefly explains the research purpose, content, significance and research methods of this paper.In the first chapter, on the basis of the definition of relevant concepts, this paper expounds the value of the father's participation in the process of the cultivation of children's creativity. From three aspects to discuss: father involvement contributes to the development of children's personality, creative development provides the conditions; father involvement in parenting helps to promote the development of children's cognitive ability and creativity development lay the foundation; father involvement in parenting helps to promote children's social development, for the development of creativity create opportunities.In the second chapter, the present situation of the father's participation in the process of infant's creativity cultivation is expounded, and the reasons why the father's participation in the education are analyzed, including the reason of the child, the reason of the father and the reason of the family.Chapter three: describes the training of children's creativity in the process of promoting strategies for the effective participation of father: change the idea, enhance the confidence to father involvement in parenting; give full play to the advantages of male father, participation is conducive to creative activities; to promote the development of children's cognitive ability, rich children's cognitive experience; to create a relaxed environment, encourage children to boldly create; and actively cooperate with the family member, pay attention to the unity of various factors.
