In recent years,the father of the child's education caused the wide attention of the society,people are constantly thinking,his father in the process of children education,undertake what kind of role,how to bear the responsibility,Major problems include low degree of participation,outdated educational concepts,incorrect parenting styles and insufficient relearning.Guiding fathers to participate in early childhood education through social forces is extremely urgent.The major guiding measures are formulating laws and regulations on family education,strengthening administrative intervention,giving full play to community and kindergarten's advantages to carry out home education.Nevertheless,relevant research mainly focuses on the following two aspects.On the one hand,most of the existing research is aimed at fathers' involvement in primary and secondary education.There is little research on fathers' education participation for young children.One the other hand,the improving strategies for fathers' participation in early childhood education in the existing research are more theoretical than practical.For the purpose of changing the current situation,the author of this thesis summarized some targeted and practical improving strategies through the observation of fathers' education.Based on relevant research,this thesis took the male parents of Shanghai X Kindergarten as the research objects.Through investigating,observing and interviewing these male parents,the author has understood the problems that fathers have in early childhood education and put forward corresponding suggestions.Especially in the early childhood,fathers play an important role in the growth of their children.This research was divided into three parts.Through investigating and analyzing the status quo of the fathers' involvement in early childhood education at X Kindergarten,the researcher understood the current situation of fathers' companion and analyzed the reasons for the problems appeared to find solutions.In addition,some excellent cases of fathers' participation in early childhood education would be shared to improve fathers' skills in involving in early childhood education.
