A Case Study Of Father's Participation In Education And Promoting Children's Social Development

Children's social development starts from the family,and in family education,fathers play an important role.Fathers' participation in child rearing is conducive to children's growth,but also plays an indispensable role in children's social development.In this study,Father L,a well-educated father,is taken as the research object.Case studies,interviews and observations are used to study the case.The main line of this study is that the father participates in the upbringing and promotes the social development of children.The main purpose of this study is to investigate the time,manner,emotions and emotions of fathers' participation in upbringing,and the level of social development of young children,so as to carry out a study on the basic situation of the case.At the same time,we should have a thorough understanding of the problems and solutions that fathers encounter in participating in the upbringing of young children,as well as some typical events and personal experiences that fathers have influenced the social development of young children,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of fathers in the case.The results show that the family of the case is the core family,the division of labor is clear and the family atmosphere is harmonious.Father L's upbringing style is scientific,accompanying time is sufficient,accompanying mode is effective,accompanying emotional positivity.Child L's social development level is good;father L's overall upbringing quality is high,in child L's daily life,father L's upbringing behavior has played a role in child L's social development level.Greater promotion effect.Through further reflection on the results of the study,it can be concluded that father's participation in the upbringing to promote children's social development requires not only father's own efforts,but also the joint cooperation of kindergartens and society.Specifically,for example,the father and family members should unify the concept of upbringing,increase effective companionship for children,adopt democratic upbringing methods,and improve the level of family education knowledge pertinently.In kindergarten,we can organize more parent-child games and activities to promote father-child interaction.In the social sphere,we can establish a “father's school” and give full play to the functional role of the new media and the community.
