Objective:The project applies the "case introduction and task-driven" teaching mode to the TCM nursing teaching. After that, we compare this kind of teaching effects with the traditional teaching effects.This kind of comparison is going to get the result of better influences of the" case introduction and task-driven" teaching method on teachers'teaching ability and the students'proficiency of application.Method:Selected four classes(207 subjects) in the grade 2014 of 21 classes from Changde vocational nursing colleges by simple random method, and four classes divided by random as experimental group and control group, in which the experimental group of 103 people,104 people in the control group. The control group using traditional teaching methods, the experimental group take cases imported style task-driven teaching model for teaching, Adopts survey semester teaching effect, the operation flow test, case studies and other methods were compared with the experimental group. Results:Comparing to the results of the traditional-method group, the students in the experimental group largely get a much better grades in the teaching effect evaluation, the difference was statistically significant(t=-8.11, P<0.05). Also, the students in the experimental group get better grades in the exam of operating process (t=-4.3, P<0.05)and the exam of case analysis (t=-6.9,P<0.05). the difference was statistically significantConclusion:There are 5 advantages on " case introduction and task-driven" teaching method in the TCM nursing teaching. Firstly, the " case introduction and task-driven" teaching method can stimulate the interest of students,and it can also improve the teaching effect in class.Secondly, the " case introduction and task-driven" teaching method can be benefit to change the teaching philosophy, and improve the teaching quality. Thirdly, the " case introduction and task-driven" teaching method can help to improve comprehensive ability of nursing students. Fourthly, the " case introduction and task-driven" teaching method can help to encourage the liking for being a nurse. Fifthly, the " case introduction and task-driven" teaching method can help to improve the teaching abilities of teachers.
