The new physical education curriculum reform proposed: in teaching to improve student participation in the initiative to improve students ’independent learning ability, and give full play to the students’ creativity.One of the important programs for aerobics College Sports elective operation, it only reflects the comprehensive capabilities of the human body in many aspects, but also requires students to have a high coordination, musicality and control limbs. However, because each student’s individual differences, with the depth of teaching content, these features often lead students to learn part aerobics think is more difficult. So, how to highlight individual differences of students, focusing on the introduction of the comprehensive development of the individual as the goal of teaching methods is very important.The task-driven teaching is teaching methods in constructivist teaching theory formation, the highlight is the cultivation of personality of the student body, which is in line with the guiding ideology of the new curriculum teaching. And, from the application of this method in other disciplines can be seen, if the method is applied in Aerobics Teaching not only help students to master motor skills, but also improve the overall quality of students’ abilities.Therefore, this paper based on the characteristics of aerobics teaching and research with reference to the past, scholars task-driven teaching in aerobics teaching task-driven teaching method was introduced. And the use of literature, questionnaire, teaching experiments, mathematical statistics and other methods of College Sports Aerobics task-driven teaching curriculum in a study of the application.The results show that:1, whether to take the task-driven teaching or conventional teaching methods, test after test students learning attitude test targets compared with previous experiments have improved to some extent, but to improve the experimental class learning attitude is far greater than the control class.2, in the evaluation of the effectiveness of classroom teaching, the two classes there is a very significant difference(F = 1.213, p <0.01), that is, the experimental class than the control classes.3, the impact of the implementation of task-driven teaching to teaching satisfaction superior to conventional pedagogy. However, detailed analysis of the difference between the change in the scale of the author learned that the students in the control class evaluation of teaching satisfaction of showing polarization state, that good students learn aerobics like evaluation, the evaluation of learning is not a bad ideal while in the experimental classes, teaching students to evaluate the degree of satisfaction is generally improved, the only difference is that the students are not the same evaluation criteria.4, task-driven teaching method applied in teaching helps to develop independent learning ability of students, and can be fully motivate the task of guiding students ’motivation and interest in learning, give full play to the learning initiative, thus contributing to the students’ positive, consciously to participate in physical exercise.5, using conventional teaching methods before and after the experiment students’ confidence, although there are slight variations, but no significant difference in the formation, and the use of very different task-driven teaching students self-confidence in front of its experimental change.6, task-driven teaching method compared with conventional teaching wears, more task-driven teaching helps students master motor skills.
