Six-month investigations and tests are conducted on account of physical conditions of middle-aged and elderly shadowboxing practice crowed. Its change is analyzed and effective trend is studied in middle-aged and elderly shadowboxing practice crowed.The effects of shadowboxing on physical change of middle-aged and elderly are explained comprehensively and directly trough investigations and tests in various aspects of physical indexes from the same crowed, which is aimed at assisting and direct physical fitness for public. It provides feasible references for public to do exercises and for health care of middle-aged and elderly. The objective fact and rule of physical change are analyzed, existing problems is studied and methods of solving problems are discussed to contribute middle-aged and elderly and help physical fitness for public in Harbin City.The research of physical changes on middle-aged and elderly is made by adopting some methods including literature research method, questionnaire method,experimental methodology, statistical analysis and expert evaluation method. Physical indexes of shadowboxing in middle-aged and elderly in some aspects such as height, weight, grip, balanced capacity, neural response time, cardio-pulmonary function and flexible quality are tested. The objective datum are classified and evaluated by adopting measurement and evaluation standards like National Health of the Monitoring Standards-oriented and authoritative WHO Hypertension Diagnosis Classification and combining with unique effects and characteristics of shadowboxing in boxing and health care.
