In recent years, the trend of population advanced age is increasing in ourcountry. The middle aged and elderly people’s health become a focus of attentionin the community. The physical fitness is an important method that it can maintainmiddle aged and elderly people’s bodies and health are well, have a optimisticmentality, and eliminate the sensorial of the loneliness. However, some of middleaged and elderly people don’t have a standard physical fitness, because of someregional economic have underdeveloped. In the interest of encouraging andmobilizing middle aged and elderly people take part in the physical fitness activelythat it will be the foundation of the engineering of all peasants bodies building. Alsoit construct new village of socialism strategic of important guarantee. It is veryimportant to develop middle-aged people body building.With the conception of the elderly sports fitness cognition in three northeastprovinces rural as research content. According to data access, questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation, interview, data statistics and logic analysis, it have adefinition on the conception of the exercise. The investigation conclusion ofnortheast three provinces in elderly group fitness cognition status. Analysis of thefactors affecting the elderly sports cognitive concept formed northeast threeprovinces in rural areas from two aspects of internal and external and according tothe method of the concept of rational sports cognition. Starting from the transition ofself consciousness as point, consciousness allocate the movement, so then it form atheoretical research system. For the future of China’s rural elderly fitness activitiesproposed guidance.
