Objectives:China will face a serious problem of population aging, which will bring huge pressure to the national economic development, but also to the elderly themselves, so how to enhance the physical fitness, improve the quality of life of older people is the focus of research. And a lot of research shows that physical exercise can improve the physiological function and mental activity of old people, and it can help to improve the health level of old people. Therefore, this study is based on the study of the elderly people, analyze the influence of four different ways on the physical health of the elderly, and provide the basis for the further study of the old people's fitness theory.Methods:1. Selection of Physical Examination IndexThrough the primary index, expert questionnaire, expert interview, sports statistics method, screening the physical fitness test index, determine the physical body shape, physical function, physical quality and blood lipids of the relevant indicators. Choose to participate in the questionnaire survey of Taijiquan, hiking, table tennis, square dance and do not exercise the elderly, will be divided into 5 groups.2. Test IndexBody shape test indicators: height, weight, body composition, bone mineral density test.Physical function test index: pulse, vital capacity, heart rate, blood pressure, pulse pressure.Physical quality test indicators: grip strength, sit precursor, reaction time, standing on one foot with eyes closed.Lipids: total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein.3. Statistical AnalysisThe data of this experiment was processed by SPSS20.0 software, and all data were expressed by mean value. Analysis of significant differences between groups using single factor analysis of variance. P <0.05 represent has significant difference. At the same time, according to the point of ai, ai = x- xi, to further understand the effect of physical exercise on the elderly in Heilongjiang province.Research results:1. Body Shape: Different fitness methods have influence on the body shape of the aged people(p<0.05). The square dance has a great effect on body mass index, body fat percentage and waist hip ratio.2. Body Function: Different fitness methods have significant difference on the body function of the elderly in addition to quiet heart rate(p<0.05), table tennis is the best for the elderly, while the Tai Chi is to maintain the normal level of blood pressure in the elderly.3. Physical Fitness: Effects of different methods of fitness of old people's physical quality has significant difference(p<0.05). The maximum grip strength and choice reaction affected by the table tennis, but by the influence of Taijiquan is the largest body anteflexion in sitting position and eye closed and single foot standing.4. Blood Lipids: Different fitness methods have different effects on the old people's blood lipids(p<0.05), and the effect of Tai Chi Chuan for controlling the total cholesterol and triglyceride is good, and the table tennis can better regulate the high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein.Research conclusions:Different effects of different exercise on the elderly's physique, in view of the different physical condition of the elderly to choose different way of fitness to carry on the reasonable collocation, can effectively increase the effectiveness of exercise in the elderly.
