With the advent of the "Internet +" era,it has become a means for all walks of life to seek change and innovation by merging the innovative achievements of the Internet with the various fields of economy and society.In the field of education,the "Internet + Education" has spawned moocs,which truly realized the organic integration of education and Internet.It can be seen that moocs,as a transformational force,are greatly promoting the innovation and development of education.However,as a newcomer,the development of mooc is still immature.Its high dropout rate and low completion rate have been widely criticized,which has become a major obstacle to the development of moocs.In mooc learning,learners are highly autonomous.How to guide learners into learning track,rather than give up at random in the learning process,the quality of mooc's learning has become an urgent problem that needs to solve.And learning support service system is a dose of medicine to solve this problem,the key point lies in solving the learner's learning difficulties,and providing students with the source continuous learning motivation.Therefore,this study selected learning support service system as the research object.If non-academic learning support service system is a form,academic learning support service system is the content.both of which can not be neglected.The four analytical dimensions of this paper,namely direct learning support service system,learning activity support service system,learning content support service system,learning evaluation support service system,are specifically supported by the courses in the domestic mooc platform,it is used to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the mooc learning support service system.Secondly,the interview method is used to understand the operational results of the academic learning support service system.Finally,based on the investigation,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions to help solve the problems.
