Analysis Of The Employment Status Of Excellent Retired Athletes Of Provincial Track And Field Team In Heilongjiang Province From 2004 To 2014

From one hundred-year history of competitive sports in China, we have seen the excellent growth of Chinese track and field sports, which is not only regarded as all sports projects' mother, can also be seen as a large gold in the Olympic Games, and its performance also becomes important criterion for a country whether it is the strong sports country. When the witness of a number of track and field athletes brilliant achievements to bring the audience with the spirit of the visual and spiritual enjoyment, people always neglect sad and helpless of the old by the new of athletes.people will not change the security issues of retired athletes because of their special status, as well as other outstanding athletes, they will be in the difficult dilemma after retirement. Therefore, in order to make track and field development in a healthy way, to solve their worries, so that it can be more full of investment, which is necessary to analyze the track and field athletes from the employment placement problems.This paper was analyzed to investigate the status of retired athletes in Heilongjiang Province from 2004 to 2014 by questionnaire survey, expert interview method, comparative analysis and logical analysis method etc.The results of the survey show that the main factors affecting the Heilongjiang Province retired track and field athletes contain : They can not meet the requirements of the society or do not fit the role transformation because of their high expection. Besides, there lack athletes' cultural education to fit fathletes, and the ahletes' long-term training has caused injuries for their Physical condition. In view of this situation, according to the situation of Heilongjiang Province, the basic scheme and measuresment should be put forward for Heilongjiang Province retired athletes and resettlement life.Firstly,the service security system of Heilongjiang province's retired athletes should be improved, playing the leading role of the government, formulatintg the policies of the retired track and field athletes to provide legal support and protection for the vital interests of the athletes;Secondly, the concept of athletes, coaches only training should be thetransformed, the implementation of the reeducation of track and field athletes to enhance the cultural quality of athletes.Thirdly,training institutions should be established for athletes before retirement,fully tap the track and field athletes themselvesbesides the special skills.In addition,athletes should be encouraged to start their own business, increasing the support and assistance to athletes on the intention to ease the employment pressure.
