Principal Factor Analysis On The Satisfaction Of Some Retired Athletes In Jiangsu Province

Jiangsu Province has been China's sports province,sports athletes in the Olympic Games,the Asian Games for the national gold medal,the domestic National Games is also among the best,in everyone to enjoy the joy of sports athletes,their work arrangements after retirement It is an important proposition that concerns the sustainable development of competitive sports in Jiangsu and must be clarified and satisfactorily resolved.This article takes some retired athletes in Jiangsu Province as the object of investigation.This paper discusses the current situation of employment placement and its influencing factors of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province by means of literature,questionnaire,principal factor analysis and mathematical statistics.The reliability of the questionnaire was followed by a two-round expert consultation with re-test and KMO test and Bartlett test,questionnaire validity.The obtained data are analyzed by SPSS statistical software,and finally the three main factors influencing the employment of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province are obtained.The results include the status quo of resettlement of different types of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province,the status of income of different types of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province,and the main influencing factors of the employment of retired athletes in Jiangsu Province.Through the investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn1?In different athletes special retired athletes,bed,shooting and other social awareness is not high popular items were placed relatively high probability of placement.And the current relatively hot Ping Yu network and other small ball retired athletes were placed relatively low rate of placement,self-employment rate is relatively high,and in income has obvious advantages.2?In retired athletes with different athletic achievements,the retired athletes who are arranged in the country are mainly concentrated in the national health and above,and the athletes with relatively low competitive achievement do not have the qualifications to be arranged.There are also a small number of athletic achievements of high retired athletes choose to self in the career.Organizational placement factors are multifaceted,the most important is the competitive achievement,educational background and social relations(contacts)is also an important consideration.The survey results show that the degree of undergraduate education is higher than that of retired athletes with high academic qualifications.4?The placement of retired athletes will be affected by the situation of their families.Parents are civil servants / institutions or business workers will be subtle influence on their children's employment options.Through the analysis of R-type factor,it is concluded that there are three main factors influencing the success or failure of the retired athletes in Jiangsu Province at the present stage,according to the size of the variance contribution rate: their social competitiveness,national policy guarantee and social development.6?Finally,the article puts forward the rationalization suggestion on the employment placement of the retired athletes in Jiangsu Province for the main factors that affect the success or failure of the retired athletes in Jiangsu Province.
