The current Chinese education for personality education, personality education is the nature of Chinese subject, which the Chinese nation for thousands of years of accumulated wisdom of the writings in classical style teaching is important way of implementing personality education. Junior middle school writings in classical style of the Chinese nation traditional culture and thought, contains the education of the irresistible potential, excellent selected works of classical Chinese text is the unique resources of personality education, students of the excellent culture of cultivation of body and mind, so as to set up the correct outlook on life and values. But at this stage the function of the writings in classical style teaching did not play a good education,and although most of the teachers to realize the importance of personality education,but not in the writings in classical style teaching implementing personality education put forward concrete strategies and methods. So this article from the internal relationship of writings in classical style and personality education, analyzes the present situation of personality education in junior middle school writings in classical style teaching, and puts forward corresponding strategies for specific reasons.This paper is divided into four parts : the first part is the introduction part,mainly narrates the meaning of the research background of this article, the concept of personality, personality education, relevant literature review and the research direction and thinking; The second part of this article from the internal relationship of writings in classical style and personality education, from the humanistic psychology and cognitive psychology to explore in the writings in classical style teaching implementation of personality education, analyzes the theoretical basis of the writings in classical style teaching advantages and necessity of implementing personality education; The third part is through the questionnaire and interview two ways of analysis the current situation of personality education in junior middle school writings in classical style, the fourth part is the junior middle school writings in classical style teaching methods and strategies of personality education, is also a key part of this article, in view of the writings in classical style teaching goal design, this paper use writings in classical style teaching material, teacher of Chinese personality education consciousness, and the proportion of the four best writings in classical style teaching method is put forward the corresponding strategy.In this thesis on the basis of literature study, investigation method, observation method, such as the empirical method, analysis of the status quo, explore the problems, focus on to achieve in the writings in classical style teaching implementation of personality education. In the writings in classical style teaching through the personality education, in today's advocating quality-oriented education,has a certain significance.
