Analysis Of The Status Quo Of Vocational Guidance In Art Secondary Vocational Schools And Countermeasure Research

With the national attention to the cultural industry and vocational education,art secondary vocational schools have a new round of favorable development opportunities.As art secondary vocational school graduates can choose to start a career or to go to college after graduation,the schools are more attractive.The enrollment of this kind of schools is increasing steadily year by year.The economic growth is slowing.The ongoing economic downward pressure is increasing.The industrial structure of our country is gradually changing.Under this background,China's employment situation is still grim.Art secondary vocational schools due to the particularities of majors and students,facing such a severe employment situation,employment problems are more prominent.How to carry out effective career guidance for this kind of students so as to improve the quality of school education management,to improve the training quality of students and to improve the quality of the students' employment becomes a new research project for arts secondary vocational schools.This paper will help to enrich the existing career guidance theories.It will not only guide and promote the work of the school's career guidance,but also provide reference significance for similar schools.The questionnaire survey was carried out on the students in the author's school.The author made an interview to two parts: the 23 enterprises and 30 students in Grade 3 who were randomly selected.The author used the research methods to master how the students of art secondary vocational schools were prepared for employment and for career planning,to invest how career guidance of the school was carried out,to understand the students' real requirements for career guidance,to know suggestions and opinions from enterprises about the school career guidance work so as to grasp the present situation of the current career guidance work in art secondary vocational schools,to the analyze the existing problems.The research provided the practical evidence of improving the vocational guidance work.Through the investigation and the study,the problems of career guidance in art secondary vocational schools are as follows: 1)Career guidance in schools is notcomprehensive.2)The degree of specialization of career guidance is low.3)Career guidance is not detailed.4)Career guidance isn't be well promoted by information technology.There are three reasons for the problems.1)Career guidance isn't taken seriously.2)The main characteristics of the art vocational school students are ignored during the process of career guidance.3)The particularities of art vocational school students' employment are ignored during the process of career guidance.Countermeasures and suggestions about career guidance of art secondary vocational school are as follows: 1)Career guidance should be institutionalized.2)Career guidance should be throughout the whole career.3)Career guidance should be refined.4)Career guidance should be promoted by information technology.
