In recent years, secondary vocational schools in a wave of vocational education development in the growing, the employment rate reached new highs, ushered in the golden period of development, but behind the development of secondary vocational school graduates face a variety of career, but with the development of social economy and the professional, effectively solve these difficulties has become focus and difficulty,the government, the secondary vocational schools, parents and students pay close attention to them.Effective development of vocational guidance is an important way of promoting the secondary vocational schools get rid of the dilemma.Starting with the contents analysis of employment guidance,vocational guidance,career guidance, this thesis mainly explores the present situation and questions of vocational guidance education in secondary vocational schools, which is based on questionnaire survey with students、teachers、leaders from Zhuji Vocational Education Center. It takes such methods as literature study,questionnaire study,statistical analysis, and reasoning to research the strategies of carrying out vocational guidance education in secondary vocational schools, in hope of putting forward some concrete proposals for better vocational guidance.This study is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduced the selected topic origin, research significance, research status at home and abroad, definition, etc; The second part mainly is the related basic theory of vocational guidance, analyzes its role in the secondary vocational guidance work process; The third part is about the career guidance survey tool design, this part includes investigation scale of preparation and the design of the questionnaire on two aspects; Fourth part was analyzed by using the data and survey data of the current overall level of secondary vocational school career guidance, and the career guidance in gender, grade, professional and analyzes differences, whether in a relationship, but also for vocational guidance condition are analyzed, and calculated the problems of secondary vocational school vocational guidance; The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures about strengthening the vocational guidance, in this part the author based on the four parts, vocational guidance is put forward to the future development of the career guidance, and based on this build three d integration envisioned career guidance system to achieve the development train of thought; Part six is the summary of this research, including research of merit and shortage.By exploring this subject, this thesis intends to solve the common problems in vocational guidance education that secondary vocational schools are confronted with, and help secondary vocational school students with better career orientation, and more successful vocational planning, and set a foundation for successful career.
