Studies On Career Psychology Guidance For Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

Psychological factor, as one of major subjective factors which affect employment, has already brought tremendous pressure to higher vocational college students, and on which more and more experts in education, psychology , as well as related managers has paid their attention to. To adjust the employment psychology with appropriate ways is not only conducive to a successful solution to the current problem of employment for a college graduates, but also will have a positive impact on his future's work and life. The research tries to investigate the countermeasures on higher vocational college students'employment guidance after analyzing the present situation and causes of their employment mentality, aims to help students construct healthy employment mentality and obtain employment successfully.This thesis is divided into five parts: In the first part, the background of the research and some fundamental conceptions are introduced. Part Two describes the theories of vocational psychology guidance. The third part gives a detailed analysis of the vocational college students'employment psychology and the current situation of the employment psychological guidance in vocational colleges. In the fourth part, it proposes several options on career psychological guidance. Some other details and points that needs further study are the last part. The methods adopted in this thesis are mainly documentation method, expert meeting method and case study method.
