Reward is an indispensable means of incentive in the process of education,which in growing on pupils is playing an important role. A reasonable reward notonly can promote students good behavior repeat and continue, but will also promotethe other learning them when they without recipient the reward, or even to correctbad behavior. The implementation of incentives, including bonus recipients, reward,the situation four aspects, which are the main incentive reward, and reward strategyand utilization, it is the core of research incentive strategy.This survey of reward is primary school teachers as the research subject, andself compiled "Questionnaire" reward strategies of primary school teachers, it aimsto investigate the views on the current primary school teacher award and usesituation, this questionnaire close to the teacher life, starting from the actual teachingaspects, and randomly selected200primary school teachers were investigated, that192questionnaires were recovered, but of which188effective questionnaires. Thequestionnaire from nine dimensions, namely the reward understanding, the wroth ofreward, incentive frequency, time, effect, the object of reward, reward system,rewards and incentives fair, and rules all-round and systematic analysis of the currentprimary school teachers reward strategy, and discovery of the primary schoolteachers reward has five characteristics: it is generally believed that education,primary school teachers in the rewards are more effective than punishment; two isthe most primary school teachers, incentives to promote students’ good behavior andstimulate students interest in effect; three,80%of primary school teachers for theirreward is more satisfying; four, more than70%primary school teachers focus onreward opportunity; five, more than50%of the teachers to prepare students for theircontribution award. And The questionnaire from found that the current research alsofound some primary school teacher incentive strategy have some implementproblems: first, the reward is unfair, gender bias is serious; second, excessiveattention to learning achievement, and neglecting the all-round development ofstudents; third, the reward, the teacher to the student individual difference attentiondegree is not enough; fourth, the use of reward too much; fifth, teachers lack clearreward rules, easy to be affected by personal emotion and implementation. ButProblems and reasons existing in the questionnaire from the implementation of theanalysis, so put forward some effective incentive strategies: first, the fair as aprecondition for reward primary school education; two, to promote studentsall-round development as the implementation of incentive primary school educationin the core target; Three, to pay attention to individual differences of students as theimplementation of incentive primary school education in the important point; four,we should pay special attention to the intrinsic motivation of the students, and pay attention to the role of collective education function of the reward; five, must notmake personal likes and dislikes or emotional experience as teachers in primaryschool education on the basis of the implementation of incentive...
