Teacher's evaluation is one of the most basic areas in the field of education evaluation.Attaches great importance to the country,and to promote the development of pre-school education career forward era background,pay attention to the teacher for young children's evaluation,is advantageous to the pre-school education reform and development of the evaluation work.Scientific and effective teacher's evaluation,can help children establish good self-concept,which for its future growth and development has far-reaching value significance.The right teacher's evaluation,can become teachers improve education teaching work of reference,which will help to teachers' professional ability of ascension.So as a teacher should attach great importance to the evaluation of himself for young children,can use the evaluation to promote young children and the common growth and development of self.However,by reviewing the existing literature results found that the influence of different factors,the teachers there are all kinds of problems for young children's evaluation.To help teachers improve and perfect the evaluation work,effective information collected through the field observation to the author,through data analysis,cause analysis,reveals that teachers in kindergarten day life evaluation of the status quo,found the problem and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.According to the actual situation of the kindergarten activities,this study could be divided into teaching kindergarten daily life,game,life activities.Based on three kinds of activity situation of teachers' evaluation of the purpose,content,object,nature and the specific evaluation types of observation and analysis found that: teachers' evaluation purpose lack of developmental significance;The teacher's general evaluation content,evaluation of process orientation is less;In the teaching activities of teacher evaluation is the first object of collective children;Amounts of negative evaluation;In life activities and game activities,teachers use more criticism.To solve these problems,the author mainly from the teachers,preschool,kindergarten,parents,and so on four aspects analyzes the reasons,and on how to improve teacher's evaluation put forward the corresponding proposal: the teacher wants to have a correct understanding of evaluation significance for the development of young children change their concept of education;Master the knowledge system of evaluation,improve personal ability evaluation;For routine assessment of reflection,the influence of thesubjective factors of the service;Attaches great importance to the teaching,game,life activities,the difference of the targeted evaluation of individual children.The correct understanding and flexible use of different types of evaluation.In addition,the kindergarten should strengthen their homes cooperation,changing the concept of parents.In order to strengthen the management of teachers,teachers' evaluation ability development.
