Experimental Research On The Teaching Of Table Tennis Course In Physical Education Colleges Under Different Target Settinges

In today's rapid economic development,society puts forward a higher request to the education of the talents,education becomes more and more important.The traditional education has not meet the remand of the new times. The most educators goes into the teaching innovations to meet the needs of the times,it has gained great achievement at teaching mode,teaching ways, education theory,curriculum and so on.Setting the teaching goal is a most aspect in the teaching. Effective goal-setting can raise the teaching quality,it has great significance to deepen the teaching innovations and complete the shortcomings at the traditional teaching.Using literature method, mathematical statistics method,experimental method, questionnaire survey method, and so on.Adopted the teaching philosophy of “Goal Setting Theory” into the teaching design in the common course for table tennis class and contrasted teaching effect under different goal setting,the research took 90 students who are sports education professional students with in three groups in common table tennis class of 2014 grade of Chengdu Sport University as our experimental subject.Three groups make different teaching goal.They are in the same teaching conditions and according to the requirements to conduct experiment.I contrasted teaching effect under different goal setting.And I made questionnaire about sport motivation and will quality on three groups before and after the experiment.Under different target observation the change of these two aspects.The results showed that Difficult goals more help students to learn forehand attack. Three different goals influence was not significant to study the attack left push right.Backhand chop learning should set up a more difficult task.Establishing the secondary teaching goal and difficult goal is more advantageous to cultivate the students' interest.Establishing the secondary teaching goals and difficult goal is more advantageous to the cultivation of the students will quality.Teaching research is a difficult and lengthy process.As a teacher should continuously explore the feasibility of all kinds of teaching goal, seeking the most reasonable goal of teaching and reasonable teaching method in teaching practice.
