objective: the purpose of this study is intended to study "CrossFit" training mode of bodybuilding fitness practitioners of muscle type, the impact of body function, through the comparative analysis of two different experimental training effect,further demonstrates CrossFit training mode for muscle type, the positive impact of the body, so as to provide strong and handsome teaching content optimization credible scientific theoretical basis. Methods: to choose our school level 2011 didnt elective class of 40 students as the subjects. Randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, each group of 20 people, with an average age of 22 + /- 1.23. Through the traditional teaching mode and CrossFit training mode of different test result contrast,the traditional training mode or large body can be divided into several parts, such as chest, back, shoulder, belly, leg. In practice, the use of instruments are mainly composed of barbell dumbbell, fixation devices. CrossFit training mode, the breakthrough of traditional press muscles training parts, separate muscle circumference and physical training, a training session on muscle strength training, another lesson focuses on physical training, emphasis on explosive force. Focus on developing muscle power, thus the biggest strength to stimulate muscle development under the condition of threshold value, the depth of the stimulus, so as to make the muscle of measuring resumptive results more obvious. Results: the use of SPSS software in the experiment middle and the end of the experiment data analysis. In the middle of the experimental measurement comparison, by comparing two groups of students body surrounded degree, there is no significant difference. Late experiment, the experimental group body surrounded degree,the thickness of the leather fat, muscle power, the maximum strength has greatly changed, and the control group the data changes not obviously. Statistical analysis of two different groups of data analysis, show significant difference. Conclusion: 1. The CrossFit training mode to fit to the muscles of the classmates surrounded degree, sebum thickness, physical fitness has greatly improved, suitable for use in body-building teaching. 2. We should draw lessons from traditional bodybuilding training some new training content and training thinking, break through the traditional and to gain quality weight gain. Using a variety of methods of strength training intervention, thereby to increase muscle thinking. It is concluded that more conducive to strong and handsome teaching funny feasible scientific bodybuilding fitness guidance method.
