CrossFit training is a very popular sport training method at home and abroad.At present,it has been widely used in bodybuilding,strength training and other aspects.This study explores the positive impact of CrossFit training integrated into traditional bodybuilding training on bodybuilding,strength and physical function,and makes it a scientific and safe application for future bodybuilding enthusiasts.CrossFit training enhances the training effect of bodybuilding and provides valuable basic theoretical knowledge and practical method references.In this paper,the literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,etc.were used to randomly divide 24 bodybuilding volunteers into experimental groups and control groups.The experimental groups were trained with traditional bodybuilding strength training and CrossFit training.The control group was based on traditional bodybuilding strength.The training method and intervention experiment were performed for 8 weeks.Before the experiment,after the experiment,the subjects used the same method to record the body composition,body shape,strength,physical performance and other indicators.SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the results obtained by the experiment by paired sample T test and other methods.The results show that:in the body weight index,there is no significant difference in weight gain between the experimental group and the control group;in the chest measurement index,the experimental group increased by 4.49%,and the control group increased by 2.99%,there was a significant difference;in the waist measurement,the experiment There was a significant difference in the reduction of 4.01%in the group and 1.27%in the control group.In the shoulder circumference index,the experimental group increased by 4.36%,and the control group increased by 6.29%.There was a significant difference;in the big arm circumference index,the experimental group and the control group were significantly different.There was no significant difference in the increase in arm circumference in the group.Among the indicators of hip circumference,the experimental group increased by 4.83%,and the control group increased by 1.95%.There was a significant difference.Among the indicators of thigh circumference,the experimental group increased by 6.46%and the control group increased by 4.5%.There is a significant difference;in the calf circumference index,there is no significant difference in the calf circumference increase between the experimental group and the control group;in the waist-hip ratio indicator,the experimental group is reduced by 8.39%,and the control group is reduced by 3.26%,there is a significant difference;In the index of thoracolumbar ratio,the experimental group increased by 8.80%,and the control group increased by 4.19%,there was a significant difference;in the bench press index,the experimental group increased by 18.08%,and the control group increased by 11.42%,which was significant In the squat index,the experimental group increased by 14.64%,the control group increased by 9.77%,there was a significant difference;in the pull-up index,the experimental group increased by 66.02%,and the control group increased by 35.29%,there was a significant difference;in Among the vital capacity indicators,the experimental group increased by 10%,and the control group increased by 2.3%.There were significant differences.Based on the above research results,the following conclusions are drawn:The effect of CrossFit training on bodybuilding results is no different from traditional methods in weight gain after 8 weeks of intervention training.In terms of body shape,the CrossFit group The increase in the circumference of the shoulders,arms,and calves is not obvious,but it is especially obvious in the improvement of the chest,waist,buttocks,thigh circumference,and chest-to-waist ratio and waist-to-hip ratio.In terms of strength,CrossFit group On the other hand,the ability to bench press,squat,and pull-ups is more obvious.In terms of physical function,the CrossFit group has obvious advantages in improving the vital capacity of the traditional training group.CrossFit training has a better effect on the shape of bodybuilding.In the future bodybuilding training,CrossFit training can be appropriately added according to the needs,not only to help in the bodybuilding effect,but also to improve the overall physical ability.
