| In recent years,the physical and physical health problems of college students in China have gradually attracted the attention of social groups and have become one of the hot topics in society.As the main force realized by China’s socialist construction and the great Chinese dream,Chinese college students shoulder important tasks and missions.The research of this paper is to study the physical fitness practice methods of college students from the perspective of physical quality and physical exercise in college students’ physical education,and to study and explore the influence of Cross Fit exercises on college students’ physical quality and participation in sports interest.This article uses literature methods,interviews,questionnaires,teaching experiments,and mathematical statistics to conduct research.Eighty students from the Binhai College of Nankai University in Tianjin participated in the public physical education class.The subjects were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group consisted of 40 people,22 male students and 18 female students.16 weeks,once a week,two hours of public physical education teaching experiments.This experiment will be 1000 meters endurance running(male),800 meters endurance running(female),sitting body flexion,pull-ups(male),sit-ups(female),50-meter sprint running,standing long jump,lung capacity,as Test items and indicators corresponding to each physical fitness.And before and after the experiment,the issuance of the interest scale for college students’ sports learning.The results of the study showed that the experimental group students who used the Cross Fit practice concept for physical fitness practice scored better in the three quality indicators of speed,strength and cardiopulmonary function than the students in the control group who used the traditional physical fitness exercise,indicating that Cross Fit practice in the physical education class.Compared with the traditional physical quality,the three physical qualities of the students can be improved,but the flexibility and endurance qualities are not significantly improved,indicating that students need more special flexibility exercises and endurance exercises to improve flexibility and endurance.Quality.And the students who do Cross Fit exercises are also significantly more interested in participating in sports than those who usetraditional physical fitness exercises.Recommendation: Apply the Cross Fit practice concept to the teaching of public physical education in universities.According to the actual situation of colleges and universities,the practice content of public physical education teaching is reasonably formulated,which provides new ideas for improving the physical quality of college students and the interest of sports participation. |
