With the "guidelines" National College of physical education curriculum teaching implementation, mental health and social adaptation in college sports curriculum goals and the learning interest of the students has been paid more and more attention, how to improve the mental health of college students, developing students'ability to adapt to the society, improve the learning interest of the students have been become a focus in the reform of physical education in Colleges and universities. Training is a new way of education from the introduction of modem western countries experience type training, is by setting a certain situation or in particular environmental conditions, let the team and individual game way to complete a certain physical activities to improve the consciousness of team, temper will, develop individual potential, an experience learning and improve physical health, mental health and social adaptation ability. Due to the unique extension training mode and classes, strengthening effect on students'learning interest and improve, to promote mental health and social adaptation ability is significantly, expanding training has already caused the attention of experts in all aspects of education, to expand the training curriculum into school physical education curriculum has become a hot topic, but most of the current expansion training courses for physical education major students in general, seldom in common physical education, carried out in the public physical education in Ordinary colleges and Universities is less. This study attempts to develop training courses into the public physical education of Ordinary colleges and Universities has great practical significance.Methods:This study has students of Ordinary colleges and Universities as the research object, based on a large number of literatures and related books, the sports education experts, teachers, counselors and students, in-depth interviews, and the Chengdu City training institutions for field investigation, combined with the author for many years engaged in training work summary design and implementation of the test, according to research at the Ordinary colleges and Universities.Conclusions:(1) discussed the theory base to expand the training into public sports course in Ordinary colleges and Universities:Analysis of Public Physical Education of Ordinary colleges and Universities into the necessity of expanding training courses; (3) analysis of Public Physical Education of Ordinary colleges and Universities introduction development feasibility of training; (4) Construction of the Ordinary colleges and Universities curriculum training system, the design and implementation of the experimental study on effect of training courses. The test results show:promote the expansion effect of psychological training courses of the Ordinary colleges and Universities student health significantly; develop training courses of the Ordinary colleges and Universities student social ability effect; development and training can promote the Ordinary colleges and Universities student interest in learning.
