Emotional communication is a unique human activity,which is also an important aspect of communication.Under the condition of the we-media,the emotional communication has four new characteristics: bi-directional,interactive,infectious and empathetic.Under the condition of the we-media,college students' ideological and political education and emotional communication enrich and extend the general connotation of emotional communication,which showed great particularity and this particularity mainly reflects on the features and functions.Under the condition of the the we-media the characteristic and function of college students' ideological and political education and emotional communication is similar to the characteristics of the traditional communication and meanwhile they have obvious differences as well.Strengthening the ideological and political education under the condition of emotional communication is the inevitable requirement of the society where we-media is the main communication tool.It is also the necessary way to cultivate the college students' ideological and political education and to boost the education workers under the condition of we-media.At the same time it can also set up and improve the ideological and political education and the emotional communication between teachers and their students.The full text is divided into four parts except the introduction:The first part: under the condition of the we-media,college students' overview of ideological and political education and emotional communication focus on the connotation of college students' ideological and political education and the emotional communication.Its connotation shows that educators with we-media technology carry out ideological and political education work,spread the ideological and political education content,meanwhile,pay attention to the feelings of devotion and the communication and interaction.People who accept education accordingly give response and positive behavior of the communication process.The second part: it is about present situation of college students' ideological and political education and emotional communication under the condition of the we-media.College students' ideological and political education and emotional communication is,on the one hand,positive,however,on the other hand,there aresome problems.Positive aspects of the we-media are expanding the students' emotional channel;getting educators and the educated closer,etc.Problems are that the educated lack initiative,innovation and persistence in emotional communication while the authority of educators influence emotional communication effects,and so on.The third part: it is about the reasons why students have problems in ideological and political education and emotional communication under the condition of we-media.Based on the comprehensive analysis of practical experience and relevant data,this article sums up the reason why college students' ideological and political education and emotional communication problems are caused.That is due to the insufficient knowledge on the ideological and political education,the lagging of the practice and management mechanism and so on.The fourth part: it is about how to strengthen college students' ideological and political education and emotional communication under the condition of the we-media.Based on the analysis of the college students' problems about ideological and political education and emotional communication under the condition of we-media,in access to relevant data,supported by a vast amount of literature reading,this article summarize the following countermeasures: strengthening the study and the use of the we-media;improving the medium accomplishments of both the teachers and students;establishing interactive emotional communication;improving college students' ideological and political education position;establishing and perfecting the management mechanism of the we-media.
