Moral character is an omnibus lesson which is basic on junior high school students' firsthand experience,in order to promote the healthy development of students in moral aspect.It plays a very important role in developing scientific Worldview,philosophy and values for junior high school students.With the gradual deepening of basic educati on curriculum reform,junior high school lesson reform is in full-swing,and has achieve d remarkable teaching achievement.At the same time,it also applies for requirement ba sed on theory and practice.In order to better cultivate socialist innovative talents,we m ust abandon the traditional teaching idea which means regard theoretic teaching and ign ore moral practice and emotional needs.We only use exam grade to measure moral prac tice of students.Therefore,the moral lesson must comply with the requirements of the ti mes development.We must put more effort in practice teaching and integrate with theor y and practice closely,in order to cultivate socialist innovative tales for the country.This paper is divided into three parts.In the first part,it explains the concept of moral lesson Practice Teaching.The pap er starts with the concept of practice teaching start to lead to basic definitions and the rel ated discussion of junior moral lesson practical teaching.The practice teaching characte r of moral lesson is decided by its scientific particularity which must meet the three basi c requirements namely to practice teaching must achieve teaching objectives,students ar e the subject of practice teaching,the teacher is the mentor and participant of practice te aching.The second part: Analyzing the existingProblems and causes in the teaching of ideological and moral.Problems in teaching of moral lesson are: The proportion of teaching practice in teaching is low,relatively simple teaching methods,effectiveness is low.The reasons for these problems are manifold.The first is the impact of teaching concepts;teachers' subjective teachingconcept has a critical influence to practical teaching effectiveness.Followed by the large environmental impact.Oriented education still dominates,test scores moral lesson of the impact on the quality of student enrollment,student evaluation in terms of morality still rely on a roll to the left and right of the results,causing many teachers during the process of practice teaching centers and more than insufficient force,had only concerned about student learning theoretical knowledge,to improve students' test scores,and no extra time and energy to study,to carry out the practice of teaching.In addition,the school can not provide adequate teaching resources,teachers ignores the development and utilization of curriculum resources also affecting the practice of teaching to some extent.The third part: Proposed to carry out thePrinciples of moral lesson practical teaching and improvement measures.To make the practice of teaching can effectively carry out successfully;it must follow several principles,including the principle of subjectivity,the development of principles and specific principles.On the basis of the principles of upholding,Presented further improve practical teaching strategy.First,change the behind idea of teachers,increase training opportunities for innovative teachers,teachers only abandon the outdated concept of teachers,students and teaching,and actively learn new knowledge,new technology,finding new ways to bring quality education to the real among the classroom,so as to pay attention to ideological and moral lesson teaching practice fundamentally,huge play its role in the ideological and moral lessons.Second,strengthen the cultivation of their own professional competence of teachers,improve their own quality and improve the comprehensive ability of teachers up to meet the development requirements of the times.Fourth,increase funding;establish coordination and sharing of resources inside and outside the curriculum.Fifth,we should reformThe system of student evaluation,set up the evaluation system to promote the development of students.
