Social Work Intervention Research On The Management Of Street Children

Street children are living in disadvantaged groups marginalized,they don’t get proper parental and family daily life,mainly spent in the public streets.Like all children,the rights of survival and development,street children protection rights and the right to participate in all the legal rights and interests should be fully guaranteed the state and society.Facing the street children in the survival and development of hunger,poverty and discrimination problems address the need for public policy and resources of the intervention,they appear in the process of wandering adverse psychological and behavioral needs to get effective treatment.In recent years,the civil affairs departments at all levels to solve the problem of street children,made a lot of efforts and exploration,but also achieved some success.It has formed the "Zhengzhou model" and the "Guangdong mode" with local characteristics of the relief paradigm.But because at present the problem of street children in China with the formation of complex causes,involves the national social welfare policy development and a series of structural factors.Therefore,this requires our management of street children rescue work to be more professional and specialized.This paper from the social work intervention management of street children rescue work of through the field research of Dalian salvation administer station,the plight of the specific analysis of the current management of street children rescue work in social work intervention and in dilemma have to put forward some suggestions.So that the government departments to develop more targeted protection policy,and promote the development of social work practice,improve the professional level of social workers.
