Social Work Intervention Study Homeless People

The emergence of outlier is a common phenomenon, so far, every country every historical period there are a certain number of outlier. Under different social conditions, the cause of outlier appear, nature, scale and influence are not the same, so the solution the way also have their own characteristics. In this paper, based on the perspective of social work involved in aid work for homeless people, know to sleep on the director of all kinds of needs, from the aspect of sleep on the director’s personal and social aspects, analyzes the present situation of outlier, influence and reasons, the social work intervention in helping process were discussed, and attempts to excavate the universality of its existence, put forward the social workers to help group of same type in the fact that sexual difficulties, including the limitation of social worker’s own professional level, the public generally do not have a high level of recognition of social work and related functional departments need to support the implementation of gap, etc.This article adopts the research method of case study and step in whole, through the deep research in case of general conclusion, and put forward the corresponding view of outlier. In the process of actual research proceed from the needs of the service object, in a multiple social systems to choose the appropriate intervention methods, promote the, outlier recovery ability of social life, and to give continued support, until completely homeless people to get rid of the unhealthy lifestyle. Through the study found the following conclusions:first, the outlier group is not a formal education of floating population, there are economic, psychological comfort, social identity and so on demand. Second, in view of the different problems of outlier, should take measures according to actual condition, the author and his colleagues help to the success of the director mainly adopted psychological assistance and family influence. Three is a social worker in the intervention group’s rescue homeless people play multiple roles in the process, the main service planners and providers, operations guide and process management, and so on. Fourth, social workers in the social assistance may be faced with an ethical dilemma choice, social workers should take corresponding measures according to actual condition, to ensure the social relief work to obtain actual effect.
