Since the since the introduction of China's curriculum reform,it emphasizes the students' learning in education and teaching in the subject position,so it can give full play to students' subjective role of three way of learning,autonomous learning,cooperative learning,inquiry learning became the classroom education is the best way.But in the early stage of reform,many teachers still look at the traditional thinking of students,the students of the autonomous management ability is poor,it is difficult to achieve autonomous learning.According to the related research results,after the reform of our elementary school classroom and previously happened obvious change,continuously improve students' self learning ability of the dominant position of the students become more and more prominent,teaching content and student's life more closely related,,and the role of the teacher is also quietly changing,from leading into guide.But it is undeniable that the influence of the traditional classroom teaching can not be eliminated in a short time.Therefore,in accordance with the new curriculum proposed learning methods need to be adapted to the majority of teachers to adapt and accept,and to re-examine the ability of independent learning.In fact,the premise of the autonomous learning of primary school students is to learn autonomous management,so teachers must first do is to guide students correctly,so that students in learning and life to enhance the level of self-management.At present,our teachers are lack of the theoretical guidance of the autonomous management of primary school students.Therefore,there are still many unsatisfactory points in practice.So this paper is starting from the basic education curriculum reform,through the investigation and understanding of my elementary school students autonomous management present situation,and analyzes the problems existing in the current school independent management process,at the end of the paper,and implementation of policies and measures have targeted.Hope to provide the majority of teachers with the guidance of the concept,to help teachers in the context of the new curriculum reform to do a good job in education,to further improve the ability of independent management of primary school students.
