At present,educational world have a wide public concern on the professional development of teacher in charge.To understand the current situation of the headteacher professional development,Helping us to further explore the headteacher professional development and to find a solution.The head teacher professional development is a complicated process,This article mainly uses the questionnaire to survey junior high school teacher in charge of sampling survey of Dalian in Liaoning province development zone.The results of the survey are not satisfactory.Teacher in charge's personality structure development is slow and uneven?On the whole,the current junior middle school teacher professional development level is not high.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,the author interviewed the headteachers and the headmasters of Dalian development zone middle schools deeply.After finishing interview,the author found out some problems of teacher professional development in our region.1.The professional qualification system,which is closely linked with the head teacher professional development assessment and incentive system,such as rank evaluation system is not yet perfect.2.There is little or no school set up a special class teacher research,the teacher in charge of the work do not make the routinization.3.The head teacher professional development did not cause the attention of the relevant education authorities,management does not reach the designated position.4.Treatment of financial support to the teacher in charge is not enough,lead to the teacher in charge is low,relatively less attractive.5.The teacher in charge itself to the goal of professional development,meaning and policy understanding insufficiency,knowledge comprehension is not deep,participation is not enough,professional independent development desire is not strong.According to the survey,the writer puts forward several countermeasures of promoting teacher professional development.1.Perfecting the system construction,guarantee of the headteacher professional benign and sustainable development.2.To set up the class teaching and research section,ensure that the head teacher professional development work routine.3.Optimize the management,guarantee the effect of teacher professional development.4.Increase financial support,improve treatment,enhance attraction.5.The desire to improve teacher professional development,and promote the form master enthusiasm to participate in professional development.
