The nature of young children is not only to have fun to play but also to enjoy outdoor activities.Children who study in kindergarten have the preliminary own a fine psychological preparation and physiological adaptability abilities.Kindergarten organized high quality outdoor activities to improve children's physique and cultivate their good character,therefore it is a positive method to ensure the healthy growth of young children.This study based on 6 first-line teachers,4 managers,71 kids and 46 their parents as the research object,combining with observation method and case analysis and interviewing and literature way.Through these methods,we can analysis the current situation of the student in outdoor activities and organization based on five dimensions which included class schedule outdoor activities,organization,content,organization,site area set up and use,material usage.It was found some questions when they organized middle shift outdoor activities,such as: time arrangement is unreasonable;high similarity degree on activities contents and put more attention on collective activities;site construction shortage of apparatus;confliction on the site and material usage;young children lack of self-evaluation and independent choice;lack of outdoor activities organization supervision mechanism;teachers' professional organization level needed to improve etcTo tackle with these problems,this study puts forward to the following suggestions:scientific reasonable arrangement of outdoor activity time,Multi-angle organization outdoor activities,put emphasis on the freedom of organization;evaluate venue construction and regional settings;attaches great importance to the self-evaluation and independent choice of young children;reflect the advantages of mixed-age education;strengthen of outdoor activities,effective evaluation and supervision mechanism;raise the level of teachers' professional organization.This study is to aim to enrich student in outdoor activities,organize theory and practice,improve the quality of the teachers organization student in outdoor activities and ensure children get good development in the outdoor activities.
