| Since the 21st century,the state has issued a series of policy documents to promote the development of preschool education.The collective activities of kindergarten music belong to the field of art,which is an indispensable part of the overall development of children’ s body and mind.However,the qua lity of music activities compared.with other activities of kindergarten is st ill weak.Improving the quality of kindergarten music activity management is not only beneficial to children’s music intelligence,but also can promote th e development of children’s language ability,enhance learning motivation and adapt to social ability,help children to carry out self-cognition,and form good interpersonal relationship and positive social emotion.Based on the "class evaluation scoring system" developed by Pianta team,the evaluation scale of "activity management" dimension was extracted,and 3 teachers and 72 children in two private kindergartens in Yanji were selected as the research objects.The results show that the management level of music collective activities in large-class kindergartens in Yanji is at medium lev el(4.237),which is lower than that of Chinese teachers(4.387).Water in th e Behavioral Management Dimension of Teachers in Activities ping(4.7)is on the middle side and higher than the average score of China(4.55);the activi ty efficiency level(3.99)is lower than the middle side and lower than the a verage score of China(4.47);and the activity design and organization level(4.02)is on the middle side and lower than the average score of China(4.14).Through the collation and analysis of the research results,it is found t hat there are still some problems in each dimension.In the dimension of "beh avior management ":teachers have the problem of improper way of solving prob lems and insufficient control over the class;in the dimension of" activity e fficiency ":teachers do not attach importance to the preparation before acti vities,children have less effective learning time,and there is a lack of tr ansition between the various links in the activities.In the dimension of "ac tivity design and organization ":teachers lack effective questions in activi ties,the form of organizing music activities is single,and they are not goo d at summing up after activities.In order to further improve the level of mu sic collective activities management in large classes of private kindergarten s,The main factors influencing the management quality of large-class music collective activities in private kindergartens are discussed,and the subject ive factors include:teachers’ educational concept,educational expectation,sensitivity to children’s behavior,music professional accomplishment and dif ferent periods of teachers’career.The objective factors mainly include the implementation status of two teaching and one guarantee,the education concep t of the head of the garden and the family environment of the young children.In view of the present situation of music collective activity management in large class of Yanji private kindergarten,the following suggestions are put forward:first,teachers should take the initiative to improve the abilit y of music activity management,secondly,kindergartens should guarantee teac hers’basic needs,establish a good atmosphere of music activity discussion i n the garden,and carry out different training according to teachers’differe nt career stages.Finally,we need to use family and community to form a join t effort to jointly promote the quality of music collective activity manageme nt in large class of private kindergartens. |
