In regional activities of kindergarten,children favorite game is role play,which caused the widespread attention of teachers.At the same time,the proper guidance of teachers for children is vital and indispensable in role play.The correct guidance of teachers to role play is helpful to the improvement of the level of children's play and the development of children's sociality.The middle class children need to be guided in role play because of their own characteristic in order to improve the level of middle class children's game of kindergarten.The study investigates the current conditions and the existing problems of teacher's guiding behaviors referring to the middle class children in role play,aim to provide the basis for improving the level of teachers' guiding role in children's role play.The study also puts forward correspondingly educational suggestions to the existing problems,which for kindergarten teachers to reference.The study selected a public kindergarten of Dalian as the research object,selected four middle class and observed eight teachers' guiding behaviors.The study adopts observation method and case analysis method to sort out the materials,comb and statistic the materials that had been collected,summary and analysis the results.The study is analyzed from the frequency of teachers' guidance behaviors;the main body of the guidance behavior;the characteristics of the teachers' guidance mode;the guiding status,the attention point;the guiding effect and so on.The research found that teachers in the guidance of the game to guide the higher frequency,poor guidance effect;teachers with their own wishes to guide children,children's passive acceptance;command language instruction and stop action appear more,positive attitude guidance appears less;teachers' guiding authority is dominant.According to the questions,the study suggests that teachers should be in observation based on children's game guidance;respect children their own game intention;let the children give full initiative to the play;teachers have to do appropriate change in guide methods;the teachers do well in role positioning,change the educatorfor player.
