Research On The Current Situation Of Physical Education In Xipu School Of Yixian County

Using the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to do a research on the sports teaching in Pixian No.1 Middle school, Xipu campus.The results have shown in the following fiue points.Firstly in Pixian No.1 Middle school, Xipu campus, leaders in charge of sports teaching make little account of the sports teaching and the management system. Full-time cadres and management personnel are lacked. There is no school sports work plan and no regular or irregular sports work inspection. The sports team is short of teaching and research activities, collective lesson preparation, the view of teaching and evaluation of teaching assessment activities. The imperfection of sports teaching management system such as regular sports class system,the teaching routine system, the using of sports venues and equipment management system, teachers' evaluation appraisal system has affected the normal work of sports teaching.Secondly,the cumernt sports teaching situation is not good. The students' problems such as being short of the right learning motivation, single learning interest and poor physical quality have affected our school sports teaching in a great degree so that the situation of reaching the learning goal is not ideal. The teachers perform badly in the extracurricular activities. For teaching design, teaching organization, teaching content and the choice of teaching methods, teachers are not positive and serious enough in these sides. The work on the development and utilization of Physical Education curriculum resource is insufficient.The writing of the lesson plan lacks scientific and systematic character, which hasn't combined with actual situation. The curriculum evaluation is old. The result has been focused but the process has been ignored.Thirdly, teacher's teaching ability and comprehensive quality needs to be improved in Pixian No.1 Middle school, Xipu campus. PE teachers' sex ratio is seriously out of balance. The teachers are generally young terchers and lack of teaching experience. Teachers' basic skills needs to be improved. The teachers use the multimedia too little in the class. The opportunithes fou teachers futher education and subject research are scarce. Although teachers' sports special motor skills can basically meet the teaching professional requirements, the comprehensive abilities such as the control of classroom, the combination of teaching and science, writing papers, and scientific research etc. also need to be improved.Fourthly, equipment management system of sports sradium is imperfect. In Pixian No.1 Middle school, Xipu campus, the indoor stadium is in short. The using sites have been badly damaged.The management personnel fou school existing sports venues and equipment management is too few. And the managers are lack of P · E knowledge and the related knowledge about how to manage sports stadium and maintain sports.Fifthly, there are many factors influencing sports teaching in PiXian No.1 Middle school, xipu campus school sports work emphasis is not enough and the formulating of the school sports work management system is not inaccurate. Students' learning attitude and learning motivation is not correct. Moneouer Students' body quality is relatiuely poor. Teachers' sex ratio is imbalanced. Teacher's are not actiue in their work. Teachers are lack of continuing education and their scientific research ability is poor. The P·E teaching mode is conservative. The sports education method is single and boring. Also, P ·E education can't get enoush support of parents and gouernment.After analyzing the current situation of sports teaching, combining with the investigation results of related leaders, teachers and students, the measures for the improvement of sports teaching work are put forward.Firstly, to improve the present situation of school sports teaching, school should make strengthen the reform of physical education teachers should analyze sports teaching material deeply,get to know the students' interests and hobbies, and choose suitable teaching contents and teaching mode; Meanwhile, terchers can also Choose interesting and scientific teaching methods and make suitable teaching evaluation system for our school.Secondly, to emphasis strengthen teachers' team construction and establish management system for teachers' development. School should make sports teaching routine requirements. The reward ia associated with the teaching evaluation. School also should emphasis the teachers' continuing education to realize the scientific sports teaching. What's more important is to sports research and development system and formulate the corresponding incentive system; Establish necessary competitive incentive mechanism for teachers; and the learning platform to cooperate with outstanding teachers and schools.Thirdly, to standardize the management of the sports venues and sports facilities. Make the clear sense of the management responsibilities. School can standardize sports equipment management system and make venue management system and reasonable arrangement of class activities.Fourthly, to develop students' correct and positive sports values and their interests. School should strengthen the management of student's thought and strictly carry out regular class rules., and develop the students' interest and stimulate students' sports specialty. Sports talents should reasonably play the important role in calling fou P · E learning.Sports scores are related to recommendation.Fifthly,to win over the head teachers' and parents' support for sports.Sixthly, to develop the direction of the school sports development.
