Increasing importance of education informationization in our country. Flip class has changed the traditional teaching mode, change the original knowledge in the classroom to the class with the help of the network media the knowledge is passed to the students in the form of video, powerpoint, etc, compared with the traditional teaching mode of pay more attention to the classroom the internalization of order, the way students access to knowledge is under the collaboration of the teachers' guide and students to complete.By this study will flip the classroom teaching mode used in football teaching experiment, the students' ability to learn and master the technology have a positive impact, innovation to provide the reference for the reform of education., fasten the chengdu sports institute 2014 level of class 4, and 5 class 40 boys as the research object,is divided into the experimental group and control group were tested. Experiments conducted on two groups of subjects first before the test, to ensure that the two groups of students' technical level, the exclusion of anthropogenic interference with the result of the back. Secondly by oneself to turn two groups of students in the classroom at the same time with the traditional classroom teaching experiment. Finally, after two groups of students in the experiment. Research on the experiment using Nvivo before and after the interviews to do qualitative analysis; Use SPSS to technical test data before and after the experiment results of mathematical statistics analysis; Use Excel to analyze questionnaire before and after the test, the following research results: from the perspective of the results of interviews, the experimental group than the control group of students initiative in learning, high proportion coverage on the interest in learning, have obviously improved. From the experimental group and control group after experimental test grade, in the experimental group and control group in the performance evaluation of two technical difference value of 0.038 and 0.038(0.01 < P < 0.05) has the remarkable difference; In comprehensive performance evaluation of the experimental group and control group the difference value of 0.008(P < 0.01) has a very significant difference,so the overall score of experimental group is higher than the control group. Students from the questionnaire results, obtained satisfactory to flip the teaching form and widely accepted, some students put forward the improvement Suggestions, provide a reference for future design. Through the results of the study the following conclusions:1. Turn the classroom the classroom for students to improve learning initiative, increase study interest, study a clear sense of direction has a positive impact. Flip effect of classroom teaching mode students classroom performance is superior to the traditional mode of classroom teaching effect of students' classroom performance, confirmed the flip classroom for students to have a role in promoting the effect of classroom performance.2. Turn the classroom teaching mode for students to master a positive role to the improvement of the technical level, to improve the students' final technical test scores.3. Turn the classroom teaching mode to students' classroom performance, the active learning ability, to enhance the efficiency of complete the task has played a positive role,so that the usual comprehensive performance was improved.4. Flip students technology has not only improve classroom teaching mode, and very significantly higher grades. This fully shows that in turn classroom teaching mode can help students improve their comprehensive performance.5. Students obtained satisfactory to flip the evaluation of classroom teaching mode,higher recognition of the classroom.6. Students can make effective control of the self learning ability, developing their learning potential, better grasp the teaching focus, give full play to their subject position,form the self construction of knowledge.
