Investment is students who study in the actual spending time and energy in the learning process, is also a reflection of their mental state in the learning process. Master graduate student learning into as a branch of the study area, also need to strengthen the attention. For this reason, this article will take the N school as a case, the investigation and analysis of learning into the school master's graduate student's education.This article USES the "national graduate student learning experience survey questionnaire" (NSGE), master's graduate students education of N school three grade were 216 valid questionnaires survey, choose the six students were surveyed. In school, on the basis of empirical investigation, the case in this paper, the N learning into the school master's graduate student education has carried on the descriptive statistical analysis and variance analysis. This article assumes that the pedagogy postgraduate study into the influence of the factors include four aspects, the regression analysis confirmed the hypothesis. Based on questionnaire and statistical analysis, this paper further carry out the qualitative interviews, trying to understand the cause of the master's graduate school education inputs, and finally puts forward some Suggestions of improvement. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First, the pedagogy postgraduate studies in the overall level is not high. Boys and girls in learning into a huge difference, no gender differences. Different professional master's graduate students education into differences in learning in preschool education and other major differences. Preschool education graduate studies into the highest level, and significantly higher than other professional.Second, through the regression analysis can be found that learning motivation, learning attitude, learning environment, learning satisfaction of the four factors on the learning there is relationship in all in learning have significant explanatory power and strong influence. Prioritize all the four, followed by the learning environment, learning attitude, learning satisfaction and learning motivation.Third, surveyed the main conclusion is:professional differences, learning interest and motivation gradually disappear, there is discontent, anxiety, multiple graduate school purpose.Fourth, based on the study of the four factors, from schools, teachers and students, can put forward to strengthen the education of graduate studies into countermeasures:one is stimulating learning motivation. The need to strengthen the construction of curriculum in colleges and universities and attaches great importance to the professional cultural propaganda, teachers to strengthen guidance and pay attention to emotional communication between teachers and students, students strengthen self-control and foster professional emotion. The second is the learning attitude. This requires colleges and universities reveal university spirit to guide the students' values, in order to strengthen the management of discipline to keep students learning, students improve learning methods to improve the learning efficiency. it is to create a good learning environment and atmosphere. The need to improve the system of teacher management in colleges and universities to reconstruct the good relationship between teachers and students, teachers' academic evaluation way reform to stimulate the learning enthusiasm of the students, students select and develop a good local environment. Four is to promote students'learning satisfaction. The need to improve the management of teachers in colleges and universities to promote the communication between teachers and students, the teacher according to the characteristics of grade enhance pertinence of education, students clear career planning in order to enhance vocational skills.
