Vocational education is an important part of education in China and plays an important role in the national talent training system.In recent years,vigorously develop vocational education in our country,strengthen to raise the level of development of secondary vocational education,secondary vocational education scale expands unceasingly,the secondary vocational education personnel training quality has attracted many attentions of the society.Talent quality attention should not be confined to the human,financial and material resources into,Kuhn once said "the core elements of education quality is the degree of students' learning investment",so we should pay more attention to the secondary vocational school students' engagement.The purpose of this study is to explore the concept,connotation and structure of secondary vocational student' engagement,to study the influencing factors of vocational school student' engagement and to propose strategies for improving engagement of secondary vocational school students.A survey of 433 secondary vocational school students was conducted by literature research,interview and questionnaire.The results were as follows:First,secondary vocational school student' engagement by the focus,participation,study hard,autonomous,value and cognitive strategies of six dimensions,depth of mining the secondary vocational into the influence of three factors: learning motivation,learning environment and atmosphere,learning gains.Second,secondary vocational school students have a moderate level of student' engagement.In contrast,secondary vocational students learn to focus and study harder than the overall average.Born in technical secondary school learning motivation,learning environment and atmosphere,the study precedes scoring average,in comparison,the learning environment and atmosphere each item points scored lower on the overall learning motivation and learning gains.Third,there are significant differences in gender,grade,major and source of student' engagement.Specifically,the level of student engagement of male students is higher than that of female students.The level of student' engagement in different grades is u-shaped,and there is a peak in the first and third grades,and the lowest in the second grade.The level of student engagement of urban students is higher than that of rural students.Fourthly,the learning motivation,learning environment and atmosphere,learning and learning in simple regression analysis and found that all the factors and learning into a significant positive correlation,and the influence factors on the learning has explanatory power.Fifthly,after all the factors and learning of multiple regression analysis shows that the multivariate regression model fitting effect is good,can study into the variation of learning motivation,learning environment,learning from 54.2% yield variation of three independent variables to explain.And the factors that influence the learning input are the learning environment and atmosphere,learning motivation and learning benefit.According to the above survey results,the following measures are put forward to improve the secondary vocational school students' engagement: first,create a good learning atmosphere to enhance the sense of belonging;Second,strengthen the guidance student to study career plan,improve the learning motive;Third,pay attention to the learning process and results,and improve learning benefits.
