The implement of new curricum puts forward new challenges and requirements to teaching evaluation reform. Evaluation should be uesd to improve students' development. As the "Assessment for learning" is different from the traditional "Assessment of learning" in evaluation purpose, the evaluation object, evaluation methods and many other aspects, promoting students learning and development, which make it an inevitable choice of classroom assessment. The study use the self making status, which contains seven dimensions, including learning objectives, students participation, feedback, combined with interviews and classroom observation.The study found that the applications of "Assessment for learning " has achieved much progress, such as students'participation in the evaluation, the usage of multiple assessment methodology, the sharing of the assessment objectives and so on. But the application still exist many problems, such as the learning objectives is not enough, students'participation is not high, the feedback is not specific and the assessment is not for promoting students'learning. A lot of facts contributed to the problems, such as the social environment, small school environment, teachers' professionalism and students'personal traits and many other reasons.In order to better implement the "Assessment for Learning" in Teaching, the present study makes recommendations in terms of sharing the evaluation objectives, to improve students' ability, to evaluate the results of evaluation, both from the external environment and evaluation of behavior at the same time, in order to achieve the true value of "Assessment for Learning".Due to the limited number of samples selected in this study, and research support only focus on English in high school, so the depth of research and promotion of it is still in consideration, which will be improved in further research.
