The research adopted "Social support revalued scale","Secondary vocational students psychological capital self-reported questionnaire"(Self-made)and the"Youth learning burnout scale," to investigate 665 students' psychological condition of four vocational schools form grade one to three in Nanjing,then discussed the present situation of the secondary vocational student's psychological capital levels and the characteristics of each dimension in the differences of demographic variables,then analyzed the relationship between social support,psychological capital and learning burnout,and established the relational model.The research used SPSS17.0 and LISREL8.80 to analyze the data,and the results were as follows:(1)The self-made "Secondary vocational students psychological capital self-reported questionnaire" has 22 items,including self-confidence,optimism,hope and toughness four dimensions.The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of this questionnaire was 0.832,and the Cronbach's alpha coefficients of this four dimensions between 0.745 and 0.872.They all conformed to the requirements of the relevant psychological measurement.(2)At present,the secondary vocational students' social support and psychological capital level in general are relatively good,their learning burnout level is in a moderate condition(3)The grade 1 students' social support and psychological capital level were significantly higher than the grade 2 and grade 3 students' in the secondary vocational school,but their learning burnout level was significantly lower than the grade 2 and grade 3 students';The science and engineering students' psychological capital level was significantly higher than the liberal arts students' in the secondary vocational school;The single-parent students' social support were significantly lower than the students from a whole family in the secondary vocational school;The student leaders'psychological capital level was significantly higher than non-student leaders',but their learning burnout level was significantly lower than non-student leaders';The secondary vocational student's psychological capital level was significantly increased among the students which never win a award,which win awards occasionally and which win awards frequently,but their learning burnout level was significantly decreased.(4)There was a significant negative correlation between social support and learning burnout of secondary vocational students,and each dimensions of social support can significantly negative predict secondary vocational students' learning burnout level;There was also a significant negative correlation between psychological capital and learning burnout of secondary vocational students,and the two dimensions of psychological capital-confidence and hope can significantly negative predict secondary vocational students' learning burnout level;But there was a significant positive correlation between social support and psychological capital of secondary vocational students.(5)The secondary vocational student's psychological capital played a partial intermediary role in social support for the influence of learning burnout,and the intermediary effect accounted for 68.08%of the total effect.From the above results,several conclusions were obtained."Secondary vocational students psychological capital self-reported questionnaire" has a good structure,reliability and validity,It's suitable for measuring secondary vocational students' psychological capital levels.Social support and psychological capital are the two important factors influencing the learning burnout,social support can not only directly affect the learning burnout,but also by influencing the psychological capital to influence learning burnout.
