The study of psychological capital is an important factor that affects the quality of vocational training of technical and vocational personnel.This study is based on understanding the status quo of learning psychological capital of secondary vocational students in Jiangsu Province and improving the level of learning and psychological capital of secondary vocational students.It conducts research from four aspects: First,conducts in-depth interviews with 11 secondary vocational students.Student vocational psychology capital questionnaire;2.Randomly selected 3 vocational schools in Jiangsu Province for prediction,exploratory factor analysis for 200 questionnaires,199 questionnaires for confirmatory factor analysis,and eventually formed a total of 14 factors including 3 factors.The "Questionnaire of the Psychological Capital for Learning of Secondary Vocational Students" of the topic was used.Third,the "Questionnaires' Psychological Capital Questionnaire for Secondary Vocational School Students" was used to investigate 4,625 secondary vocational students in 9 vocational schools in Jiangsu Province.IV.According to the study of secondary vocational students in Jiangsu Province The current situation of psychological capital,put forward corresponding counseling strategies.Main research conclusions:(1)The study of psychological capital in secondary vocational students includes three dimensions: self-efficacy of learning,optimism for learning,and self-control of learning.The self-designed Questionnaire for Learning Psychological Capital of Secondary Vocational School students can be used for the investigation of psychological capital for students in secondary vocational schools.(2)The learning psychological capital of secondary vocational students in Jiangsu Province is in the upper middle school.Unbalanced Development: Learning Self-control> Learning Self-efficacy> Learning Optimism.(3)There is no significant difference in the study of the psychological capital of secondary vocational students in Jiangsu Province in terms of gender,place of origin,and specialty.(4)The learning optimism of single-parent families is significantly lower than that of non-single-parent families;The learning psychology capital of secondary vocational students in Northern Jiangsu was significantly lower than that of Suzhong and Southern Jiangsu;the learning self-efficacy of secondary vocational students in Northern Jiangsu was significantly lower than that of Suzhong and Southern Jiangsu;the self-control of secondary vocational students in Suzhong Secondary School was significantly higher than that of Soviet Union.North and southern Jiangsu.(5)Students with award-winning experience have a significantly higher level of learning-psychological capital than students with no award-winning experience;students' academic performance is superior to higher levels of study-based psychological capital;first-year students' learning psychological capital levels are significantly higher than those of second-and third-year students.grade.(6)Learning and psychological capital counseling strategies for secondary vocational students: Pay attention to optimizing the training environment for secondary vocational students' learning and psychological capital,establish a system for enhancing students' psychological capital for learning,and strengthen the self-improvement of the learning and psychological capital of secondary vocational students.
