With the rapid development of network applications tools, ideological and political education are in the face of opportunities but also facing a series of challenges. With the rapid development of micro blog and its growing influence, it has been of great concern and sought especially by active thinking, and it is easy to accept new things and it is popular with the students. Generating non-negligible impact on the micro blogging full of vast amounts of information will inevitably influence students' lifestyle, learning, thinking, mode of discourse, interpersonal, personality psychology and ideology, and so on. In this context, the ideological and political education must adapt to the requirements of the times so as to support the ideological and political education which is regarded as a starting point to explore ways to use micro blogging. In this way, micro blogging students can play in the process used in the good educational guide. This article include the following four parts to study ideological and political education of college students in the construction of micro-blog:First, the relevant concepts and theoretical explanations. Micro blogging describes the concept and the concept of ideological and political education, as well as the analysis of the relationship between them and includes the construction of ideological and political education of college to help students do micro blogging theoretical groundwork.Second, the micro impact of ideological and political education of college students blog. The status of the micro blogging analyzes the usage analysis of college students to micro blogging and the possibility of the need for college students.Third, the ideological and political education of college students in the construction of micro blogging' inadequate performance and cause analysis. Fourth, the ideological and political education in the construction of micro blogging countermeasures and suggestions. From micro blogging' start, three steps to create universities' micro blogging operations that experts enhance the ideological and political education of the main objects of media literacy, and build ideological and political education micro blogging platform to build on the ideological and political education mechanism micro blogging.
