On The Mode Of Argumentation Of The Yi People

In recent years, research directions of the discipline becomes more diverse because of the development of interdisciplinary.As an important discipline, logic should not only strengthen the study of interdisciplinary cooperation, but also attach importance to the study of Chinese culture, especially to the minority culture.The Yi culture has been studied by various disciplines for over 100 years,and now it is received increasing attention from ethnology, anthropology and jurisprudence, but the research of yi culture in logic is seldom touched upon.Examining the social culture and disputes of the Yi Nationality, I found that Yi society does not fully comply with legal decisions or adjudications. To solve this problem, I conjecture that Yi society has methods of argumentation which are different from legal actions. In this thesis, I’ve used several methods such as general argumentation, comparative logic, history, ethnography, case analysis and fieldwork to discover the argument pattern of Yi nationality.It is worth noting that, in the course of the study, in view of the unique cultural context of Yi society, I hope to find a can not only reveal the demonstration mode(or logical form), and consider the social and cultural factors of the research path and the logic theory of general argument exactly can solve the above problems.Generally speaking, the research of this thesis is carried out from the following three aspects:First, based on the analysis of Yi society, history and culture. The author aims to show that the starting point of this research lies in the core value of the clear Yi disputes formation and solution and Yi people view is closely linked to,and advocated the Yi People’s demonstration model under the dispute settlement of social and cultural background to be investigated.Second, according to the Yi people in dealing with branches with different family disputes are different, this will be obtained two different effective argumentation, comparative analysis of two effective similarities and differences,and discuss Yi argumentation mode participation main body, standard and judgment basis and multiple aspects.Third, according to the above discussion, this article will be able to reveal the Yi dispute settlement model, and pointed out that the entry into force of the argument and characteristics, and then to the beginning of the article to respond to the question.Compactness, as Yi demonstration model of generalized argumentation framework.In this paper, the to a "according to Yi release Yi research paradigm has Yi reasoningactivities, ethnic culture preservation, inheritance and development to make a contribution.
