Study On The Excavation Of Aromatic Plants In The Li Congxi Area

There are lots of ethnic groups live in Li Cong Rong(Liping county,Congjiang county and Rongjiang county) area in Guizhou province for generations.Because of the sunlight,climate and other factors, this area was widely considered as “Gold Climate- Ecological Zone”. Controlled by monsoon, this picturesque area has four distinct seasons, and abounds with various of high-quality spice. Based on fieldwork, the author has found theses spices plant in Li Cong Rong area haven't only virus-kill, bacteriostatic effect and used as aromatic flavoring,but also can cure and prevent diseases. This paper focus on spice plants that frequently used by ethnic groups live in this area, and through field research, checking ancient books and county annals to find local spices and the history of use. Taking the Acorus.maerospadieeus F.N.Wei that frequently used by local people as a case study, the author investigated related factors in these ethnic groups, to understand its growing environment and usefulness. GC-MS was adopted to analyze its chemical component of main volatile, finding a green and sustainable economical way to protect and develop the Acorus. maerospadieeus F.N.Wei and other spices plant in Li Cong Rong area of Guizhou province, and promoting health care in Guizhou province.This paper was divided into six chapters:The first chapter is to introduce the origin, significance, status, content,method, innovation and shortcomings of the research.The second chapter is a rapid survey of Li Congrong area. This chapter mainly introduces the resource in Li Congrong area, which includes geography,humanitarian and other favorable factors that established a foundation for the research and development of spices plants in Li Congrong area.The third chapter is the investigation of the use of A.maerospadieeus F.N.Wei in Li Congrong area. This chapter mainly introduces the origin, grown and usage of A.maerospadieeus F.N.Wei in ethic groups of Li Congrong area, and tries to pave a way for development of A.maerospadieeus F.N.Wei.The fourth chapter analyzes the chemical component of main volatile in A.maerospadieeus F.N.Wei. GC—MS headspace sampling method was adopted to analyze its chemical component of main volatile, and tries to explain why A.maerospadieeus F.N.Wei was widely used in this area through this way.In fifth chapter, measures of A.maerospadieeus F.N.Wei's protection and development were put forward. Especially the protection and development of A.maerospadieeus F.N.Wei in Li Congrong area.The sixth chapter is a conclusion, which is a summary of the whole research in this paper.
