Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Vocational Training For Migrant Workers In Wucheng District, Mianyang City

With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization in China, migrant workers have become a force that should not be underestimated in the socialist construction. Developing the vocational skills training for migrant workers, can improve their labor skills, enhance their ability to adapt to the development of their work. It's a good way to cultivate a large number of high quality and strong competitiveness of practical talents, while providing quality products and efficient service for the community. So it is imperative to develop vocational skills training, which has a very important practical significance. There are a lot of researches in the field of China, and more of the starting point is the analysis of our country's deficiencies in the field of work.Fucheng District is located in the northwest of Sichuan basin. It is the center location of the second largest city in Sichuan Province-Mianyang city. As for migrant workers, Fucheng District is a representative inland migrant workers labor output. In this paper, I combining my experience with the work of human resources and Social Security Bureau in Fucheng District, start a survey of the employment training status of migrant workers in Fucheng District, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province. Through field visits, issuing questionnaires, participating in training and other methods, I collect the implementation of the policy of migrant workers' employment training, and all kinds of data. This is an important means to understand the employment training of migrant workers in China. By seeing situations in Fucheng, the problems and Strategies of improving the employment training of migrant workers in China are analyzed.
